Our Customer Process
We have a four-step fast and convenient customer process. We only employ fully trained, security-vetted staff using the correct safety gear and new reliable equipment.

1. Estimate
We will reply to your enquiry within 24 hours. In all but the simplest cases, which we can deal with over the phone, we will visit your business and give you a free emailed estimate within 48 hours of receiving your enquiry. We will also recommend if restoration is needed to achieve best results.

2. Scheduling
We schedule our work crews around your agenda. We can do your job after hours, overnight or at the weekends to suit you.

3. Cleaning
Our preparation includes covering furniture, equipment and fittings with dustsheets. We vacuum the tiles before cleaning them with our customised electric spray system.

4. Restoration
Our preparation includes covering furniture, equipment and fittings with dustsheets. We vacuum the tiles before cleaning them with our customised electric spray system, and then spray with specialised paint.

Finally, if you choose, we can replace broken or badly stained tiles, and we can also restore or replace air diffusers and other fittings.
